He was born in 1978 in Sürmene/Trabzon. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2000. After completing his military service, he started working as a freelance lawyer in 2002 and continues his career at Yavuz Aksoy Law Firm, which he founded in 2006. He has been working as a mediator at the Ministry of Justice, General Directorate of Legal Affairs, Mediation Department since 2015. As a guest lecturer at Kadir Has University Sports Law Master’s Program, he taught Sports and Criminal Law courses between 2016-2022. He served as a member of the Turkish Football Federation Dispute Resolution Board between 2017-2023. He has been serving as a member of the Turkish Football Federation Arbitration Board since 2023.
He is married and has three children. He speaks intermediate English.

He completed his legal internship at Yavuz Aksoy Law Firm in 2012-2013 and started working as a lawyer in the same office in 2013 and is still working. By being successful in the Trademark and Patent Attorney Qualification Examinations in 2013, he gained the title of trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. In 2018, he completed his thesis titled “Part-Time Work in Labor Law and Social Security Law" at Bahçeşehir University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law and received his master’s degree. The thesis was also published as a book in 2020. Since 2020, he has also been working as a mediator at the Ministry of Justice, General Directorate of Legal Affairs, Mediation Department.

He completed his legal internship at Yavuz Aksoy Law Firm in 2017-2018, and then started working as a lawyer at Yavuz Aksoy Law Firm in 2018 and is currently working. He speaks English at an intermediate level.
1996 yılında Trabzon’da doğmuştur. Lise öğrenimini Tevfik Serdar Anadolu Lisesinde tamamlamıştır. 2019 yılında İstanbul Altınbaş Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesinden 3,02 GANO, dönem sekizincisi olarak onur derecesi ile mezun olmuştur. Avukatlık stajına T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş.’de başlamış olup İcra ve İflas Hukuku başta olmak üzere Ticaret Hukuku ve Borçlar Hukuku alanında deneyim ve tecrübe kazanmıştır. Avukatlık mesleğine ise Yavuz Aksoy Avukatlık Bürosunda başlamış olup özellikle İş Hukuku alanında danışmanlık ve dava takibi üzerinde aktif olmakla birlikte, Kira Hukuku, Aile Hukuku, Tüketici Hukuku ve Tahkim süreçlerinde de aktif bir şekilde halen çalışmaya devam etmektedir. İyi derecede İngilizce bilmektedir.
